What is the INSYNC weight loss diet?

It is a sustained programme which looks to fix the toxic and metabolic problem in the body.
The 3 pillars of this programme focus on
- Detoxification to ensure that inflammation is severely reduced which will balance the glandular system and clean any toxic metals and non responsive detox tissues
- Metabolic typing and dietary plans to create a bedding ground where your body is able to eat a balanced diet according to its metabolic make up and balanced according to the strength of the autonomic nervous system

INSYNC consists of 4 phases:
Phase 1 is assessment and diagnosis with 5 days pre detoxification, where you are assessed for aspects of disease that will hamper you from being successful in the programme, this will be explained to you with recommendations to what needs to be done for you to over come these points. If need be you will be sent for further tests. Phase 2 consists of good and proper detoxification to ensure your body becomes ready to eliminate all the inflammation and toxic wastes that are affecting the mitochondrial function and leading to chronic inflammation. You will receive a weight loss manual / booklet which will guide you through out the programme, in here is included an eating plan according to your metabolic type. Phase 3 is where you are prescribed the correct supplementation to take you through this transformation. We will closely be checking on your oxidative stress and pH markers since they are paramount to ensuring a successful result.
Phase 4 is a lifestyle modification and support phase where you are monitored and given appropriate support to ensure that you do not get stuck in the weight loss pleateau and / or a yoyo dieting senario. This phase can include exercise advice for your type, neurochemical balancing, Mesotherapy for specific area body sculpting, heartmath techniques for emotionally related obesity. This phase can continue indefinitely once you have reached your ideal weight, ensuring good energy levels, and feeling of wellbeing.
