What is the ES Teck and EIS/ESG exam?
ES Teck is the development of EIS/ESG measurement system. It includes of course all information provided by EIS/ESG test but complementing with pulseoxymetic, pulse waves and heart rate variability values. With all this information we can get an exact picture about the status of the heart and the circular system, its stress load and risks.
What is an ES Teck test like?
The patient puts each palm and bare sole on a metalplate and two electrodes are placed on his/her forehead. The measurement is based on chronoamperiometric principle. A low 1,28 V electric currect is directed through 6 electrodes.
The system examines the whole body in 4 x 22 times. During the examination there will be a small clip placed on the left forefinger. It measures the circulation in the finger and gives vast information about the function of the whole body. The patient does not feel anything during the examination.

The homoeostasis score is the patient potential adaptation or responses

How are the Homoeostasis Score performed?
DPA and NIBP Results/Hemodynamic
With the pulse oximeter and the NIBP we have access to several key indicators to understand some of the primary component of homoeostasis, the cardiovascular system regulation and oxygen distribution.
For a fast understanding of what the indicators values are reflecting, we decide to create 6 classes. Each class is color coded and reflect a risk scale. Class 6 means that the indicators are within the norms and there is no risk, when class 1 means that we have severe dysfunction and higher risk.
HRV Results/ ANS
ANS activity will also be classified. It is important to know that ANS is the first component to respond in case of emergency.
Sympathetic system via noradrenaline first, then adrenaline regulate several key component of the homoeostasis like the bloddopressure, Heart rate.etc.
Imbalance between sympathetic and parasympathetic system will also be responsible to dysfunction.
